About this piece

++ Navajo Made Sterling Silver Waterbird Ring Size 10++ by Diné artist Gino Antonio

Exquisite artistry by Diné artist Gino Antonio 🤎

Hand fabricated from sterling silver using traditional tufa stone casting and hand-stamping techniques, this heirloom-quality Waterbird Ring embodies strength, resilience, and a deep connection to Diné homelands.

Each ring begins as a one-of-a-kind creation, cast from hand-carved tufa stone and finished entirely by hand. No two are exactly alike. The natural textures left by the tufa casting process create a landscape-like surface that echoes the rugged beauty of the Southwest.

The Waterbird is a revered symbol found throughout Indigenous art traditions of the Southwest, often associated with water, life, abundance, migration, and the enduring connection between land and sky. As a messenger between worlds, the Waterbird symbolizes adaptability, renewal, and the sacred role that water plays in sustaining all living things. Its image serves as a reminder of balance, movement, and respect for the natural world.

This wearable work of art is designed to be collected, cherished, and passed down through generations.

Ring is size 10. Please email ahehee@4kinship.com for custom sizing inquiries.
